As a Financial Analyst, you will be working directly with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient and effective business decisions through robust business modelling and analysis.


Your job description:
 

  • Support in the preparation and delivery of Monthly Financial Results.
  • Support in the preparation and delivery of Rolling Forecasts.
  • Support in the annual submission of the regional Operating Plan & Budget
  • Participate in the creation, update and maintenance of financial models and detailed forecasts of the Company's future operations.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide explanation to the managing team.
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports for the stakeholders.
  • Cooperation with all Company's dpts to understand business issues
   
General Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance & Accounting
  • Ability to perform efficiently individually and as a group member.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc).
  • Fluent in English
  • Accounting knowledge and IFRS understanding will be appreciated.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Navision is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation and desire to exceed expectations.
  • Strong organizing and planning skills, problem solving and analytical ability.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
  • Experience in a multinational company / one of the big four assurance firms will be appreciated.
  • Experience in a leasing company will be highly appreciated.
