Konica Minolta is looking for a skillful experienced candidate interested to join Finance Department in Athens to work as Compliance and Data Protection Co-ordination Manager. If you match the requirements and what you read excites you, please read below the details and send us your resume.
 

 

What you will do:
 

  • Prepare annual J-SOX control and ICSA Reports based on COSO framework
  • Create and update Corporate Policies & Procedures based on the Group’s guidelines as well as emerging local regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with external auditors and timely provide requested documentation
  • Liaise with management in relation to the creation, execution and review of the Annual Compliance Plan and Business Risk Assessment based on internal Risk Management Framework
  • Prepare Quarterly Compliance Reports
  • Train employees on regulatory requirements, compliance and GDPR topics and industry best practises
  • Provide support in order to  fulfill all legal and in-house requirements for data protection and IT security
  • Analyse, evaluate, monitore, document and optimize all relevant data protection processes on each department in cooperation with respective Managers.
  • Implement and control the company’s Certifications (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001, ISO45001)
  • Management of company’s car fleet
  • Act as a compliance ambassador for HR department ensuring HR compliance

 

What we expect

 
  • At least two (2) years of relevant working experience
  • An inquisitive nature which is inclined to investigate, identify issues, and solve problems
  • Ability to exercise professional judgment in performing the tasks assigned
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with a range of key stakeholders
  • Strong communication & project management skills
  • Confidence, self-assertive manner, ability to work effectively under minimum supervision
