Key Account Manager

Actively we are seeking a Key Account Manager in the Direct Sales Department.  In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in increasing the company’s customer base and be responsible for selling the entire portfolio of products and solutions that the company offers.


Your job description:
 

  • Builds and upgrades partner relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develops new business opportunities in all product portfolios to achieve sales targets.
  • Works collaboratively with all sales team to identify and implement opportunities for client portfolio growth, sales and profit.
  • Creates a database of new leads and contacts
  • Daily usage of CRM tools for proposal preparation, activity and opportunity tracking.
  • Prepares an analysis and structured feedback on the meetings held
  • Leads negotiations and closes profitable deals for the company.
  • Prepares technical assignments for customer transactions and tenders
  • Manages a portfolio of clients in his accountability to address their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

   
General Requirements:
 

Education:

  • University degree (economics/business major or IT major)

Professional Experience:

  • Experience in selling products and solutions

Professional knowledge and skills

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the Technology industry (printing industry is considered a plus)
  • Sales experience in structured corporate environments
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Excellent CRM tool skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a business environment
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Driving license
