Key Account Manager

Actively we are seeking a Key Account Manager in the Direct Sales Department. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in increasing the company’s customer base and be responsible for selling the entire portfolio of products and solutions that the company offers.
Your job description:
- Builds and upgrades partner relationships with new and existing customers
- Develops new business opportunities in all product portfolios to achieve sales targets.
- Works collaboratively with all sales team to identify and implement opportunities for client portfolio growth, sales and profit.
- Creates a database of new leads and contacts
- Daily usage of CRM tools for proposal preparation, activity and opportunity tracking.
- Prepares an analysis and structured feedback on the meetings held
- Leads negotiations and closes profitable deals for the company.
- Prepares technical assignments for customer transactions and tenders
- Manages a portfolio of clients in his accountability to address their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
General Requirements:
Education:
- University degree (economics/business major or IT major)
Professional Experience:
- Experience in selling products and solutions
Professional knowledge and skills
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the Technology industry (printing industry is considered a plus)
- Sales experience in structured corporate environments
- Very good MS Office skills
- Excellent CRM tool skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a business environment
- Excellent command of the English language
- Driving license
