CS Remote CareMeter takes the meter readings directly from the Konica Minolta device and in the same monthly cycle that you are used to.
There’s no need to manually collect and send counter data from each device. It sends them to us.
This is a brand-new service that we are going to offer. We will be monitoring the performance of the copier in its location to determine how well it is performing, then predicting problems so that we can nip them in the bud. This puts Konica Minolta service on a proactive footing; it also means that we can book service calls with the customer at a time that is convenient to them.

This is a new service we are working on. It is a comprehensive reporting tool that shows what the total running costs for a given device is, complete with any recommendations on replacement, re-allocation etc.
